We at Imagine the Impact believe that appropriate mentoring allows for critical support and instruction to be provided for young people who want to mature as Christians and grow as leaders. We believe that Mentors will play a pivotal role in helping the five values of Imagine the Impact to be understood and grown in the lives of the participants. The five values include an entire life centered on Christ, being a leader who leads in the midst of Community while attempting to make an impact among these people, growth in godly Character and leadership Competencies as life long pursuits, and a seeking and living out of the Call that God has placed upon one’s life. The Mentor’s personal example and intentional connection time with the participant will make an enormous impact throughout this twelve month program.

We at Imagine the Impact believe growth in a mentoring relationship occurs for both the Mentor and the participant. Everyone involved will have the opportunity to think about how God provides gifts and abilities to people in order to be used to further God’s kingdom. As the mentor listens and guides the participant, reflection on personal giftedness will occur.
