Personal Growth Plan

A personal growth plan is a tool that helps people recognize their areas of strength and limitation in order to take intentional developmental steps. These steps may include reading books, watching certain videos, interviewing people, attending training or intentionally investing time in growth activities. Each student will develop a growth plan during the first residential gathering that will be holistic - examining the physical, mental/emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of life. This plan will serve as a tool for specific action when the student arrives home. The plan will be revisited during mentor connections and through coaching phone calls.
