Assessments

Assessments can be an extremely helpful tool. They begin to shed light upon perceived strengths, limitations, and potential areas for improvement. Assessments are also a frightening tool. They begin to expose some of the thoughts about a person that were only known by God and that person. Imagine the Impact’s staff will be conducting both advanced written assessments and observation assessments during our times together.
