Social Support
The support that a leader has can mean the difference between whether she or he actually thrives as a leader. We want teens to be surrounded by an environment of positive support throughout the Imagine the Impact experience.
Support will be provided through a Mentor, through Parents/Guardians, and through involvement in a Peer Group.
Parents and Guardians
Parents/Guardians are instrumental in helping a student enrolled in
the Imagine the Impact leadership institute to succeed. Students
will be entering into their home environment on a daily basis during
the institute. The amount of support and encouragement that is
provided in this setting will make a significant impact as the
student lives out the insights that are gained and completes the
graduation requirements. A Parents/Guardians Expectations page has
been developed to clearly define your role as the student enters the
leadership institute.
